The National Rifle Association Institute for Legislation Action is applauding Texas lawmakers for passing Constitutional Carry this week. Constitutional Carry, also called permitless carry passed the Texas House over the weekend and was given final approval in the Texas Senate on Monday.
If signed by the Governor, and the Governor has said he will sign Constitutional Carry, this legislation would allow adults in Texas aged 21 and over, who are allowed to own a gun, to carry it without having a license. License to Carry would still be available in Texas. The legislation has been a priority for Republicans and gun rights advocates for years. Texas will join 20 other states with some form of Constitutional Carry.

speaks volumes about who they are and what they aspire to do here. ainsley: according to one report. democrats in congress were mauling legislation action against the israeli ambassador to wawcket and david freidman the u.s. ambassador to israel have you talked to them and what are they saying? i haven t talked to them speakly. i know them, of course, very, very well. they are excellent ambassadors. they are doing their job. and i cannot foresee a situation where the u.s. congress would in any way censure a democrat that is doing his job by representing the position of his government. pete: michael, as you november, it s all about words. you use judea and samaria. the other side often wants to call it the west bank. when these two congressman are talking about israel, they don t even say it. they said they were going to go visit palestine. do you believe they recognize israel s right to exist and then, the other part is they talk a lot about checkpoints. explain checkpoints for the
through is to stop the president from lifting the sanctions. you ve taken legislation action against the president lifting sanctions and just told me jeff sessions should stay as attorney general. you re just not capable of criticizing donald trump for anything. what are you scared of? i m not scared of anything. i believe in the president s mission and goals and we support that because we have to. we have a rare opportunity to fix some of the problems that ail this country. we re working on that in the house, remarkable record of achievement no one wants to talk about that sir, hold on sir if you would like to speak about the economy, we can. one of the main drivers in pushing the economy forward, president trump was handed a strong economy. he then promised a pro business agenda involving infrastructure spend and deregulation, none of which we ve seen in a significant way. i remind you, one of the main drivers oh in the stock market surge beyond business sentiment
pitch here? it s a really neat trick they ve pulled. so a bit of quick history here. in 2001, bush administration wants to do tax cuts, but they don t have 60 votes in the senate, which as all viewers of the rachel maddow show knows, you need to get anything done. so they did budget reconciliation. it has rules to make sure you didn t increase the deficit. they got around that rule by adding a ten-year expiration. they did not increase the deficit outside of what s called the budget window. and what they understood after ten years, nobody would want to allow a tax increase to come into being. but it worked out even better than they thought, because at the end of ten years, they were out of power, which is probably not actually what they wanted, but they could hammer the democrats for what is now being called by jim demint and others, the democrats tax increase. if all democrats died in a fire tomorrow, it would still be happening at the end of this year, absent legislation action.
