But the federal budget, thats really where we express our values and a lot of times people say, well, we should cut Government Spending because theres all this waste. But, in fact, the vast majority of Government Spending is for Social Security its for medicare, its for medicaid, its for helping vulnerable populations and its for defense. And not a lot is left over for helping middleclass families, for example, send their kids to college or to save. And if you had this ceiling, this artificial cap without taking into account a growing population and more young people going into college then you end up with a situation in which fewer people are getting help.
