I am sure it has. N ve my grandchild re how . Are you suggesting if somebody has means that the National Debt does not affect them . Help me with the question and then i know people who cannot afford to pay the mortgage on their homes. I have problems with the National Debt, but how is it affecting you . If you have more experience in it, how can you help us . She means the recession, the economic problems today. You ought to be in the white house every day and hear what i hear and see what i see and read the mail that i read and touch the people. I was in a ame church, a black church outside of washington, and i read in the bulletin about teenage pregnancies, about the difficulty that families are having to make ends meet. Will. We learned that when others are are around, we learn we wait for others to take responsibility. Scientists have attributed major explanations to the bystander affect. First, people feel the need to be hit and socially acceptable ways. They take their cues from other people. That prompts them to either act or not act. Second, and perhaps more important is the presence of other people essentially this uses responsibility. That is the essential essential problem. It can lead to extreme and action, and that is to the detriment of all of our bystanders and the whole society. This is precisely the condition we find ourselves in so many americans, in particular young people do not make it to the polls on election day. They may have an opinion about who should win, they may even feel really strongly about it, but as their dates fill up, the Good Intention to go vote goes away. They wake up maybe the wake up with the intent to vote in never make it to the polls. But what does that mean .
Think, for members of the house not to take this up, in my view. And it was right for it to be taken up in the senate. And i commend all of the members of the house and the senate who took this this whole episode with a sense of sobriety that was intended, including, by the way, if i may say, senator romney, who stepped up.
