Today, she s a member of the Leadership Tennessee Class VIII, a graduate of the Leadership Knoxville Class of 2019, serves on the boards of directors for the Legacy Housing Foundation and East Tennessee Community Design Center and the advisory board for the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business Department of Management.
We caught up with Parker about how her career has changed since 2016.
Q: What’s changed in your career since you won 40 Under 40 in 2016?
A: Learning how to work remotely and how to keep a remote workforce engaged and productive. From the start of the pandemic, we embraced remote work and provided resources for employees who chose to work from home. We trusted our employees and gave them the freedom to choose the best work environment. Morale has been high despite the many challenges brought on by COVID-19. We have a very loyal and engaged staff and have made remote work an option for all our corporate employees.
