The man accused of shooting and killing a woman on the i15 was in court this morning. Hes the sole suspect in the october 15th shooting that left dead. And her husband injured. 8 news now reporter Michael Stevens was in court. Hes here to tell us what happened. Michael . Michael Stevens brian. Mcdonald didnt say much. His newly appointed attorney did all the talking. As the 29yearold stood. Facing several charges including murder, attempted murder with a Deadly Weapon and a number of counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle. Mcdonald is accused of shooting just over a week ago. A woman identified as 48yearold Tracey Donahue of North Las Vegas was killed by one of those shots. Donahues husband thomas was also shot. But his injuries were not life threatening. Mcdonald told police he smoked marijuana earlier in the day. But denied smoking pcp.

Investigators say lewis followed the couple to a home near jones and vegas drive. A fight erupted between rayvon solomon and lewis and thats when Police Say Lewis shot rayvon solomon several times. I feel sorry for both of them because my son is gone and he was his kids will never see him again or his family. Reporter solo mean children. And she feels sorry for the murder suspect.
