Min-kyeong (played by Lee Seon-hee-I) is a screenwriter with whom Ji-woong has some deliberately bad history. Despite her inherently minor role, Min-kyeong almost immediately won me over by just echoing the exact same criticism I ve been making of "Our Beloved Summer" this entire time. The documentary Ji-woong is trying to make has no apparent point. And where Ji-woong sees crisis in the disappearance of his lead subjects, Min-kyeong sees opportunity since there must be some reason why they ve inexplicably run off, Our Beloved Summer, Ahn Dong-goo, Choi Wooshik, Kim Da-mi, Kim Sung-cheol, Kim Yoon-jin-I, Lee Na-eun-I, Lee Seon-hee-I, Park Won-sang, Roh Jeong-eui
The opening and ending of this episode are bookended by Woong and Yeon-soo meeting each other outside in the late night. Ostensibly, Yeon-soo is checking up on Woong s progress for the art he s agreed to draw. In actuality, she s concerned about him personally. As usual, "Our Beloved Summer" is compelling in flashback. We find out why Yeon-soo so heartlessly dropped Woong as her boyfriend out of nowhere, and it neatly ties into what we know of her backstory, Our Beloved Summer, Ahn Dong-goo, Cha Mi-kyung, Choi Wooshik, Kim Da-mi, Kim Sung-cheol, Kim Yoon-jin-I, Lee Na-eun-I, Park Won-sang, Roh Jeong-eui

His exact motives are unclear, given that we know Woong didn t commit plagiarism, since the alleged piece is based on an influence that dates back to his high school days, and was witnessed by Yeon-soo. Despite this entire storyline being presented with serious urgency, nothing really comes of it.
