Mr Hussain was shot at point-blank range with a sawn-off shotgun within minutes of arriving at Charterhouse Street, Hartlepool, in check out a potential cannabis farm site. Xhaferi, of Acton Street, Middlesbrough; Noza Saffari, 39, of Park Lane, Middlesbrough; 33-year-old Dorian Pirija, of Trillo Avenue, Bolton; and Qazim Marku, 24, of West Drayton, all deny murder.
