Some businesses like michaels are doing curb side service. The Health Officer fears curb side which is part of the stalt recommendation could be more dangerous due to the already long lines. Because of that businesses can open inside providing they have social distancing policy and post the plan so customers can see it. Its confusing. You have to deal with it.
