Nathaniel Lee Campbell was sentenced to 10 years in prison for a 2019 crash that killed Oscar Temores, a Navy petty officer third class who was working as a sentry at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story when Campbell struck his vehicle head-on.
