Council has parked at least temporarily a request from the newly formed Timmins ATV Club to gain access to city streets.
Two members of the club, President Rick Marin and Marc Lapalme, made an in-depth presentation highlighting their organization’s plans during Tuesday’s virtual meeting in hopes of gaining permission similar to that granted to snowmobilers, but the response was clearly not what they had been hoping for from the municipally elected officials.
