There’s nothing wrong with being a little selfish from time to time. In fact, sometimes we really need to prioritise our own mental wellbeing. That being said though, if you’re being wildly selfish 24/7 – you might need to take a good look at yourself. Generosity and kindness are among some of the best feelings on earth. Why? Because being nice to others gives us that hit of oxytocin that makes us feel all the nice things inside.
