The chamber supports it. Reporter the Benicia Chamber of commerce believes it will bring in money and jobs. They say valero has been a good neighbor. They have an exemplary track record for safety, probably the greatest one around here. Reporter it could be weeks if not months before the city makes a final decision on this project. They are still in the Environmental Impact report process. Its still early. Not that the city would have an official position on it yet. But individually are leaders speaking out on this . Here at the library of congress one of our Major Projects is the National Book festival which i hope many of you know about. Its a library of congress project involving many parts of the library. It is in its 14th year coming up, and this year it will be held on the National Mall september 21st and 22nd. The center for the book also is the administrator of the first Young Readers center at the library of congress which is located now in the jefferson building. Its the only place that focuses on the reading interests of Young Readers 16 and under as long as t
