$75,299.92 was raised during the fifth annual Huron Shores Hike for Hospice, which took place on Saturday, May 8, which surpassed their fundraising goal of $50,000. This amount includes sponsorship from local businesses Bruce Power ($7,000), NPX ($1,000) and Grey Matter ($150).
The virtual event brought out 135 participants.
