Anne Snow, the executive director of Children s Museum of La Crosse, is retiring after 27 years. The museum, which has welcomed over 1.4 million visitors since its opening in 1999, has a hands-on, affordable, and accessible approach to exhibits. Snow praised the business model and volunteers for guiding the museum through COVID-19 and setting a new high of 81,000 visitors in 2023. She plans to travel and visit family in retirement and anticipates continued involvement in the museum.
