A MUM was forced to slam on her brakes after she nearly ran over a man who had been attacked and left in the middle of a road. Antonia Kelly was driving up to Islands Brow when she spotted a man in his 40s lying bloodied and battered in the road on Wednesday, July, 14. She said when she stopped her car to get out and help, she spotted a man in his mid-20s at the side of the road. Antonia, 26, who works as a florist, told the Star: “I came around the corner and saw him lying in front of the road so I slammed on and jumped out the car.
