CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WKBT) The teen charged with killing 10-year-old Lily Peters will stay in adult court, after a ruling from Judge Steven Gibbs in Chippewa County Monday.
Jose Eduardo Dominguez-Garcia, 26, was apprehended in Missouri after three years on the run in the death of his girlfriend Rosaly "Cindy" Chavarria Rodriguez, 25, and her unborn child.
