Hamilton is reporting 162 new cases of COVID-19 and four more deaths on Tuesday as dozens of outbreaks continue across the city.
The city has recorded 5,826 cases during the pandemic (both confirmed and probable). Of those, 1,317 are active and 4,292 resolved.
Statistics shared by public health show 162 people who had the virus have died, an increase of four compared to the day before. Three of the people who died were 80 or older and one was between 60 and 69, according to the city s website.
