The World Health Organization has published two formulas with ingredients that can be found online or at the local pharmacy. The recipe calls for using distilled water, either ethanol or rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and glycerol which acts as some sort of moisturizer. Heres my warning. Dont go mixing things on your own. Even if you have a recipe, be very careful. A lot of people are turning to the diy method because this stuff and the clorox wipes is all sold out.
