Donald Ray Stone Donald Ray Stone, who absconded from a jury trial in the Brown County Courthouse on Feb. 1, 2019, was sentenced on Monday to life in prison by Brown County Court at Law Judge Sam Moss following a fourth DWI conviction. A warrant was issued for Stone, now 51, after he absconded and Stone was arrested on Feb. 26, 2021 for Bond Forfeiture Driving While Intoxicated by the Chickasaw Nation Oklahoma Police and housed in Love County, Oklahoma. Stone was extradited to Brown County on Tuesday, March 2. At that time Stone posted a $10,000 bond and was released from the Brown County Jail. An evidentiary search warrant for Stone’s blood was issued, and the results received on Sept 15, 2017 showed Stone had a .25 blood-alcohol content level at the time of his arrest.
