伊朗：解除制裁后国际原子能机构才能获得伊核设施的监控资料-千龙网·中国首都网

据伊朗迈赫尔通讯社报道，伊朗议长卡里巴夫当地时间27日就此表示，伊朗不会将在伊朗核设施内安装的监控设备所拍摄到的视频资料转交给国际原子能机构。他说：“我之前已经说过，伊朗与国际原子能机构之间的临时技术谅解已经结束，双方没有续约，因此伊朗不会将任何监控视频资料交给该机构，伊朗将占有这些资料。”他还说，伊朗正在切实执行本国法律。根据伊朗议会2020年12月通过的《反制裁战略法》，伊朗政府从2021年2月23日起中止履行《不扩散核武器条约》附加议定书，这意味着国际原子能机构将不能对伊朗的核设施进行必要的监督。为此，国际原子能机构在2月21日与伊朗政府达成一个临时技术谅解，继续在伊开展部分必要的核查监督活动，国际原子能机构在伊朗境内的核查人员数量保持不变，而且该机构可以获得伊朗核设施内的
