Putnam County Sheriff Howard R. Sills testifies as to a conversation he had with Michael Seth Perrault on the afternoon of Feb. 3, 2020, concerning the death of the former police officerâs wife, Amanda, at the coupleâs home on Lake Oconee in Putnam County. At the time, Perrault was not under arrest and told he could leave at any time. The testimony came during a hearing held last Friday in Putnam County Superior Court in Eatonton.
