often these individuals blend right in to the crowd, an active shooter like this, and they face off with the police or take their own lives, may be the shooter. how do you train for a situation like this? you have hundreds of people at this location and you re going into what is described as chaos, people trying to throw furniture through windows and try to get out this way. going into who the shooter is. this is why the law enforcement job is not only so dangerous, but also those who respond to this show incredible bravery.
