吃自助餐、便當注意了！環保署公告「應設置紙餐具回收設施之販賣業者範圍、設施設置、規格及其他應遵行事項」將於明天10月1日上路，自助餐店及便當店業者，只要以紙餐具盛裝餐點販售，且提供座位供消費者現場食用，依照規定應設置紙餐具回收設施、標示「紙餐具回收處」字樣及「回收標誌」，提供消費者用餐後隨手做垃圾分類；若未依規設置者，可依《廢棄物清理法》最重處30萬元罰鍰。台中市環保局表示，台中市目前使用紙餐具供消費者內用的自助餐及便當店列管業者共306家，均已完成設置紙餐具回收設施，同時加入「紙餐具循環友善店家」行列，環保局也在9月24日召開法規說明會，邀集紙餐具循環友善店家加強宣導，若經查獲未依規定設置者，將依違反《廢棄物清理法》開罰處6萬元至30萬元，提醒餐飲業者可得看緊荷包，避免因小�
