For six years we’ve been trying to find an electoral law in Nigeria that works for voters. It doesn’t appear that we’re nearer a solution today than when we first started. At that time, President Goodluck Jonathan had one foot out the door, but his government, being perhaps the most tech-savvy in Nigeria’s modern history, was quite open to changes that would accommodate greater use of technology in the electoral system.
