Reports out of Effingham County say there has been another temporary restraining order issued against the state of Illinois' law that bans certain semi-automatic guns and ammunition magazine capacities. The latest order in Effingham County marks the second such ruling in Effingham County, and follows an order issued recently in White County. Several other lawsuits in the state are pending. The report said a separate state-level case from Macon County, near Decatur, resulted in a temporary restraining order for 2100 members of the plantiff association, the Law-Abiding Gun Owners of Macon County.
