A second snow storm is expected to come to D.C. and its neighboring states Virginia and Maryland on Thursday night into early Friday morning after getting hit by winter storm Frida on Monday.

Passengers were stuck on the train for so long that toilets overflowed, food began running out and travelers did their best to stay sane during the hellish trip that has gone on for more than 63 hours.
The I-95 in Virginia is finally unblocked on Tuesday evening, after motorists were stranded for over 24 hours. Meanwhile, the trains and planes remain jammed.
