we pursue justice without fear or favor. we intend to hold everyone, anyone who was criminally responsible for the events surrounding january six or in any attempt to interfere with the lawful transfer of power from one administration to another accountable. that s what we do. we don t pay any attention to other issues with regards to that. joining us now is professor laurence tribe s taught constitutional law at harvard law school for five decades. professor tribe, i had two experiences with that merrick garland interview today. i washed up before the washington post reporting came out tonight, and then i watched it after the washington post reports that donald trump is under criminal investigation by the justice department. and when you watch it after the washington post reporting, the language merrick garland chooses seems even stronger.
