The man on board that number 3 train in brooklyn tuesday night who walked up to a 29yearold woman allegedly telling her, this train. Investigators say 37yearold then slashed the woman with a clothcovered machete leaving a 2inch gash on her hand. It is a random act, doesnt make no sense. Why cut somebody that you dont even know .
