Suspect is actually the one who turned himself in. Police telling us that he walked into the 25th precinct station house in brooklyn yesterday and surrendered. And this morning he is now facing a long list of charges. Police say ross alula admits he was the man in this picture. The man on board that number 3 train in brooklyn tuesday night who walked up to a 29yearold woman allegedly telling her, this train. Investigators say 37yearold then slashed the woman with a clothcovered machete leaving a 2inch gash on her hand. It is a random act, doesnt make no sense. Why cut somebody that you dont even know .
