“Naked Soul” was a performance album with a seven-piece band, horn section and upbeat anthems that put the Cleveland singer-songwriter on display as a lively entertainer. Her latest effort is quite different.
Lanzaretta drops her new album “Deliverance” this week, a record three years in the making. It stands as her most personal release yet, as the recording process saw her going through some of the deepest personal struggles of her life.
