RICHMOND, Va. The Richmond Animal League (RAL) has been able to provide lifesaving care for pets throughout the pandemic, thanks to the support from the community. Every donation that comes through, you know, it really helps move along our mission of providing hope, help, and homes for pets in need, said Lauren Decker, with the Richmond Animal League.
She said this was the eight year of hosting the event, but it s a little different since it is virtual. Last year s Sugar and Spice Event was the last in-person event they had.
The
Rolling Plains Cotton Growers (RPCG) Annual Meeting will be held virtually rather than in person, Tuesday, February 23, 2021.
Producer and RPCG President Mark Wright will open the meeting at 10 a.m., followed by RPCG Chairman and cotton producer Richard Gaona. With a new administration, we thought it was important, even though we can t meet in person, to meet virtually and update our farmers and ranchers about what to expect and where different programs are headed, Gaona said.
