Now, when Police Arrived here, it became very clear to them, i think, that the driver of the vehicle who was still on the scene and the man who was struck knew each other and here is how Police Describe what happened. Preliminariry what appears to happen, there was a man and woman having some sort of domestic dispute inside the residence. The man left the residence on foot. The woman left the residence in a vehicle. At some point, she struck him with the vehicle.
