Conrad Bladey pronounced his famous art car, which was a fixture on local roads, dead of "massive electronic failure" on Aug. 30. Bladey will hold a public wake for Handy on Saturday in his "art environment" ¿ otherwise known as his backyard at 402 Nancy Ave. in Linthicum.
