That is what politicians are up against the power of the Police Unions what its aimed at its being questioned now that the protesters are out there getting their message out what is it the Police Unions actually stand for as you see it. Well i mean i think so obviously you know Police Unions like all unions do good things right and one of the things they do is that they protect their employees their members right in that case its policeman go has the dynamic that we see playing out many times is to sort of 2 things so why has that if a Police Officer is accused of misconduct and the police union like any other Employee Union right and we will support him or her in misconduct proceedings and what that lands that need is that Police Officers dont get fired even if you know bear misconduct is captured on video so its a rare situation where Police Officers actually have to pay real consequences terms of their job.
