Laura Hedlund is 31. After cleaning houses a few years, she received training as a welder from BTD. She and other workers say the company has gone out of its way to accommodate workers during the pandemic. If you have stuff you need to take care of outside of work, BTD is focused on making sure you are happy outside of work as well as at work, Hedlund said.
