Moments after a struggle with an officer ended with Police Shooting the suspect. The police first alerted to the breakin thanks to the owner and her nanny cam. This woman has one of those apps on her phone thats hooked up to a camera, lets her see whats going on inside her apartment. She saw the burglary in progress. She called 911.
