The combination of predatory acquisitions and high Network Effects and switching costs undermine entrepreneurship and startup rates. The sheer dominance has resulted in less products leaving people without a competitive alternative of services. In response to these trends, the committee announced we would conduct a bipartisan investigation into competition in the Online Market place. The purpose stoof document anticompetitive conduct online and sense whether our competition system and current enforcement levels are adequate to address the problems.
