IN THE COURTS: 13 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court
The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court. PATRICK JAMES MICHAEL CLOTHIER, 24, of Copinger Close, Totton. Found guilty of harassment. Remanded in custody. Sentencing adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. ANTHONY CHARLES LAMBERT, 58, of Burgess Road, Southampton. Found guilty of two counts of sexual assault. Remanded on bail. Sentencing adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. LEON ANTHONY DICKENSm 44, of Hillside, Blackfield. Proved guilty of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £450. Must pay £45 victim surcharge and £620 court costs.
