By: Clayton Cummins OKLAHOMA CITY - A warrant has been issued for a 17-year-old accused of fatally shooting his cousin at a southwest Oklahoma City apartment complex Tuesday night. Johnny Lee Bailey is charged with one count of first-degree murder. Oklahoma City Police responded to the Seminole Ridge apartment complex just after 11 p.m. Tuesday night on reports of a shooting. When officers arrived Latrell Davis, 22, was found shot in the stomach. Still alive at the scene, Davis was taken to OU Health where he later died. A day later, Davis’ family is still trying to make sense of it all.
