Two former Nebraska police officers and a councilman from Omaha have been indicted in a federal investigation. The investigation is into the misuse of funds from multiple groups.
One indictment, which includes more than 15 counts of wire fraud and other charges, details the case, which is an alleged scheme of more than seven years involving misused donation money flooded into personal funds.
