A poll came out today and said the interest in the midterms as heights been since 2006. Now, its 56 for the democrats. The democrat advantage for latino voters has shrunk by half in the past decade. racing to protect their majorities at the ballot box. and just 23 days left before midterm elections, the prevailing wisdom at this point is that a republican takeover of the house of representatives is certainly possible. among the likely consequences of the takeover, a congressional hearing is to punish democrats. and if some members get their way, and impeachment of joe biden. it caused a prediction for democrats in the senate. they re only slightly less dire. the loss of even a single senate seat or dash any hopes of holding or expanding their majority in that. leaving them with a another contentious evenly split senate like the one that they ve been doing these past two years. it doesn t help that key senate races in georgia wisconsin pennsylvania and in nevada have tightened up. leaving democrats to question how the contest got and remains so close. it s looking like a complicated picture for the party no matter what happens. we are giving you a clear view of it tonight
