One of the things we do is Grade Charter School law based upon strength and last year we produced a document that looked at the movement and the quality how innovative. And the thing we base it on is whether as an entrepreneur or you are able to open a school and come up with different types of curricula, different modes of delive

Comee wanted to do was together in public, make the offer, and leave. Just did. At we that is all that would have happened had the democrats not come. How much are you offsetting . We will find the offset through the appropriations process the next year. The first year there is no offset. It is 10 million immediately. Undert year we compete the spending caps .
