The parade was organized to show appreciation for healthcare workers during the COVID-19 surge. (Dan Cepeda, Oil City) CASPER, Wyo. The  Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) reported 88 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 during their 3 pm Thursday, March 11 update. There have been 46,676 total confirmed cases in Wyoming since the pandemic began. Probable cases rose by ten to 8,436.
