different elements of this planning. it s quite substantial. it s too much to sort of lay out here, but i hope people read the story because i think it is important. the extent of it, i think, will surprise people. any time a republican president takes office, often they target groups like the epa and the irs. they re looking to reshapeexten is that right? yes. one of the messages that trump has made very clear, and, in fact, he doesn t even need to make clear, it is believed and embraced by the key people who are working on his plans, is that the intelligence community basically needs to be gutted. they re looking to try to let me just step back a second. there s something very important to understand with this. this is not just about replacing the 4,000 or so political appointees that get replaced every administration. what trump developed, which got very little attention in all the craziness after the election, is
