A cornerstone of Huntsville cuisine is adding a fourth corner. James Boyce, the chef and restauranteur behind downtown mainstays Cotton Row, Commerce Kitchen and Pane e Vino, is opening a new spot at the Village of Providence mixed-use development off Hwy. 72 W.
Grille on Main will open later this month with a menu focused on steaks and seafood, according to a recently-launched Facebook page for the restaurant. “Grille on Main will be serving up true American cuisine with bold southern flavors embracing our country’s roots,” one post on the page reads.
