McCoy is a senior at Washburn District High school and the son of Chris and Kendra McCoy.
Teachers agree that McCoy is a hard worker. Mr. Molton recently spoke of this hard work ethic being used right here in his community.

WASHBURN, Maine Students from SAD 45 in Washburn will learn remotely for at least a week due to a confirmed COVID-19 case in the district.
In a letter sent to parents on Friday, Superintendent Larry Worcester said that the district is working with the Maine CDC to conduct contact tracing and notify anyone who has been in contact with the person who has tested positive.
