Despite this new focus, Björnsson, now 49kg (110lbs) lighter, is still lifting heavy outside of his hardcore boxing training and recently linked up with powerlifter and bodybuilder Larry Wheels and strongman Mark Boyd for a workout in Dubai. As shown in the video above, the pair went through a few sets of snatch-grip high pulls and a light warm-up of 265kg (584lb) deadlifts which, unsurprisingly, Björnsson repped out like a knife through butter with the Icelandic strongman and Wheels then moving on to their heavy lifts.

Dubai: Rahul Panicker, the current 70kgs Indian National Arm Wrestling Champion, has added another feather in his cap after he defeated world s strongest bodybuilder Larry Wheels in a super match.
However, it wasn t an easy win for Panicker as he lost the first two rounds of the super match. Despite an unsatisfactory start to the game, Panicker kept his cool and won the next three rounds.
The super match took place in Dubai with excited onlookers cheering for them.
