As COVID-19 numbers continue to rise (with numbers higher than when the pandemic FIRST hit), people are still carrying on as if we’re not in the middle of a pandemic. Everyday we hear on television or the radio to wear a mask, social distance, avoid crowds, and wash our hands frequently.
Yet, celebs and even regular folks just refuse to abide by the guidelines to help lower the spread of the virus.

Bow Wow faced outrage and ridicule for performing at a packed nightclub in Houston on Friday amid the Coronavirus pandemic
Videos of the event at Cle Nightclub showed few wearing masks and little social distancing taking place
Bow Wow defended himself on Twitter by saying Texas is open, while adding that he wore his mask in the club before swiftly deleting the posts
Since October Texas Governor Greg Abbott executive orders allow venues to host indoor events up to 75% capacity, with tables of no more than 10 people

Anyway, the clip making the rounds captures the audience below the stage, and it’s clear there are upwards of 100 people (and probably more) looking on as Bow Wow performed. They were singing the lyrics to his song “Like You” … before BW jumped in to finish it off.
People were quick to criticize Bow Wow for participating in what appears to be a clearly unsafe event, especially as the pandemic continues to rage and cases surge especially there in Houston, which just reported over 24k new positive patients Friday alone.
