It appears the bullets from this mornings shooting may have hit the door. I saw these three dents being marked as evidence early this morning while this investigation was going on. Were in the heart of chinatown. This happened just before 8 00 this morning. A very busy part of town. And all of this, 7th and 8th street, it was all taped off this morning as police tried to gather evidence and tried to figure out what happened here. Now at the this hour, police still dont know who is responsible for this shooting. They dont know who the victim may be. They have been placing calls at area hospitals to try and find out but at this hour theyre still so many questions. Very few answers. But again, they are looking to figure all of this out. A

Today a windchill of minus 10 is expected in minneapolis, minus 5 in boston, and the bitter cold is expected to last through new years. In erie, pennsylvania, theyre dealing with 65 inches of snow. Thats the average height of a high school freshman. Its expected to be 19 degrees. How cold is it . A man throws bowling water into the air and before it hits land, it freezes. This morning north and south korea held face to face talks for the first time in two years. South korea says the north agreed to send a delegation to next months Winter Olympics in south korea. They met in the demilitarized zone. Soldiers from both sides stare at each other just from feet away. Ben, good morning. Reporter good morning. You know, this really was quite a diplomatic break through given that these two sides have not sat down and looked each other in the eye at a table there for more than two years and both sides got pretty much what they wanted. South korea wanted north korea to agree to attend the olympics. Its been a priority of the south korean president who called these olympics the peace olympics. They said they will send a high level delegation, athletes, performing arts groups. South korea has asked that the two countries even march together
