By the end of the month on halloween, the sun is up at 7 16. Then we turn the clocks back o halloween night. By november 1, that sunday the sun will be up an hour earlier at 6 17. A sign of the times for sure. Cool this morning. Outside the city, you can see there are a lot of 40s showing up on the north shore. Beverly is at 47. Boston 52. Worcester is 49. Notice we dipped into the upper 0s around norwood. Lower 50s this morning on cape cod. A can couple of patches of fog this morning. These are few and far between. They will burn off pretty quickly.
