koch. we begin tonight with breaking news. a train derailing and it s causing problems for those getting out of the game. passengers were on board when the train slipped off the tracks but no one was hurt. crews are working right now to get the train back on track, in the meantime, a bus bridge is being set up for anyone still trying to get home from the game. baltimore s century old infrastructure strikes again. tonight crews are feverishly are working to try to repair a water main break that cut off water to businesses in essexx baltimore county. for those who don t have water out here it s going to be a long night. reporter: sky high chopper 13 is over a massive water main break in esex baltimore county. it happened around noon in old easter avenue. it s a connector that we believe is what was broken today. in order to address that we have to shut off that main which pretty much provides water to everyone here. some 10,000 homes and business don t have water. the b
